From Balmoral to Burma, the storm of great sadness created by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has been felt in the hearts of countless men, women, and children. My own children and family join with me in this sadness. In this moment of great loss and sadness, all our thoughts and prayers are with the Royal Family, the People and Government of the United Kingdom and all the Commonwealth Nations. Her Majesty the Queen’s extraordinary lifetime of service to the people, Her Majesty’s and the Royal Family’s interest for a better Burma have been a source of inspiration to us.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has dedicated and given her entire life as a life of service to the people to make this World a better place for all. Her Majesty has done that with God’s help and Her Majesty has called all of us to the life of service to the people to make this World a better place for all. Her Majesty’s great faith, humility and service to the people have and always will be a true source of inspiration to the people across the world and she will be deeply missed.

It is a moment of great loss, not only the loss of the great Queen and the loss of great service to the people but also it is a moment to celebrate Her Majesty’s extraordinary lifetime of service to the people. Having a new Prime Minister and a new King within two days of each other are not easy, especially at this moment of great sadness, but the brave and courageous people of the United Kingdom will no doubt move forward from here to a stronger and better future.

On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Myanmar through their sole representative, the National Unity Government of Myanmar, we express our most profound and deepest Condolences to the Royal Family, the People and Government of the United Kingdom, the Commonwealth Nations and beyond. Our best wishes and prayers are with King Charles lll, the new monarch who counts us as His Majesty’s friend.

May God Save the King.
